District 13 New Jersey Little League would like to announce that District Administrator Joe Rigler has been selected the new Section 4 Coordinator, with Joe Romanelli retiring from the position. Joe Rigler was voted in by all District Administrators in section 4 and was approved by the New Jersey State Little League. Joe has 31 years in Little League and has been District Administrator for the past 17 years and will now serve the area between Joint Base MDL to Cape May Little Leagues. Joe will be adding to his staff in the section current District 13 umpire in chief Steve Fensch will become Advisor to the Coordinator, and Julius Trimbach will become Section 4 Safety Officer. Joe started on October 1, 2022, as Section Coordinator. Warren Kleinsmith  will remain as Section 4 umpire in chief, while Ed Bell will remain as webmaster and tournament scheduler
